Policies Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Please let me know if you’re sick.
Lash fills are booked/charged by time and week since your last visit. For example, a classic 2 week fill in is 55 mins. If you feel you’d need more time than that, book for a 3 week.
Please text if you’re running late. 10 minute grace period for being late. If you’re over 10 mins, a $15 charge will be added. An appointment over 20 mins late will be cancelled and charged 50% of the appointment. Appointments are booked back to back, therefor the time you’re late is deducted from your appointment.
Please come with clean lashes. If I have to clean them, the time will be deducted from your appointment.
Mini fills do not count as real fills. You may be charged more for the following fill in (after you came in for a mini).
Lash fills do not ever go over 1 hour, 40 mins (4 week fill). If you feel you will need longer, book a fullset (returning customers get $20 off)
LASH RETENTION POLICY: I guarantee retention on full sets. Must buy a lash cleanser for proper aftercare and have less than 40% on at 3 week mark. This will qualify you for a free fullset re-do.
